17.01.2010 - Ilija Stefanović: Besuch der Kharkiv National University in Kharkiv, Ukraine
From 11th to 16th of January, 2010, Dr. Ilija Stefanović (Experimentalphysik II) visited Kharkiv National University in Kharkiv, Ukraine. He was a gest of Physical-Technical Department, one of the leading centers for high-termperature and low-temperature plasma physics in Ukraine and former Soviet Union. One of the world famost physicist, like Lew Landau, were aktive memeber of this Department. During his stay, Dr. Stefanović gave a lecture „Time and space behaviour of Ar* metastables in dust free and dusty plasmas”. He also discussed with Prof. Igor Denysenko and Prof. Nikolay Azarenkov (vice Rector) about the progress of the join project between Harkiv National University and Ruhr-Universität Bochum. This project is supported by the Humboldt Foundation and is dedicated to strengthen the collaboration between Kharkiv and Bochum University.
